Returns, Damaged Goods and Cancellations
Returns - If you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund only UNUSED products, returned to us in re-saleable condition, within 28 days. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund products which have been opened & used. All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty product.

Damages and Mistakes - We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products within 3 days of receipt. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit, though it is at our discretion that we may send you a replacement. All orders are checked carefully before dispatch.

Cancellations - You may cancel your order for free at any time before dispatch. Cancellations after your order has been dispatched must be done within 7 days from receipt. As soon as we have received your order in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the products.

Refund Exclusions - Unfortunately we are unable to refund the postage fees charged as part of your order.
